Indeed, made by Helbros (Helbein Brothers) in 1969-1970 on a concept worked out by American astronomer.

The 24 hours dial LUNA LECTRIC watch works with Moon Time, taking 29 Days 12 Hours 44 Minutes 3 seconds to complete Moon cycle. On the Moon, each place is 14,5 days in darkness and same time in Sun light.
The watch dial has LUNOURS written on it, which correspond with 59 minutes on Earth. So 24 Hours = 24,382 Lunours.

Dr. Franklin calls this time period “one lunation,” the accepted astronomical term for one lunar rotation. A lunation, according to Dr. Franklin's sys tem, is divided into 30 equal parts called “lunes,” each of which is nearly as long as one earth day.
The lune, in turn, is divided into 24 lunours (pronounced “lune‐hours'), each about one earth‐hour long.

At the height of Apollo, it looks like this watch was offered to the general public, even a Gold version was made available !
