Did I read some where that Omega did not make their case backs with this type of finish? or did they?
If they didn't... a lot of collectors are in trouble lol I've seen at least 3 very early 18K constellations that are verifiably real

It's called perlage, and it's very common for many manufacturers - Omega, IWC, Longines, etc. EDIT: duh!
