Inherited 18K Omega Constellation Ref. 14393 Cal. 561

I like your watch very much even as it is and wear it proudly. At best I would like to own such an impressive bracelet.
Regarding the no-go dial I would keep the eyes open to get an original one. If it is of 18k, then the watch is a 'de Luxe' and the reference is OT14394.
But these days a lot of gold watches are scrapped to be melted down. My watchmaker sometimes gets a box full of movements with nongold dials for little money from the scrappers, so he gets movements and spares and dials to sell or use.
If you find a suiting dial even non gold in Ebay, get it to replace yours.
And the concerns as the case was polished but not overpolished, for me no problem, its a ~60 years old watch, no need to sell to an originality freak.
