    Hi!

New to this forum site but I'm hoping to find as much information as I can about the watch in the photo? I recently bought it but haven't had much luck in tracking anything down about it.

i believe it was originally purchased as a retirement gift from work colleagues in 1980/81 and given to the original owner.

Looking forward to hearing from anybody who can kindly help.

    Many thanks in advance,

    GB

    Looks like a ref 166.0171
Watch was produced by Omega early to late 1970's
Should have a cal 1012 movement. There is also an integrated bracelet model.

Thanks Joe - I've not had any joy searching under that ref :-(

And thanks to Interstatetime too - I'd been looking for a classic watch for some time and this one just jumped out at me….

Looks like that is the correct reference noted above, and yes it should be a Cal. 1012. What else did you want to know?

Try searching the Omega database with the ref for the integrated bracelet version = ST 366.0834

Thanks once again - would anybody have an idea of the current value of this watch and maybe even an original value?

    cheers
