Welcome to the forum! You will need to provide us with additional close-up, in-focus and well-lit pictures of your watch before we can help you. There is not a lot we can tell you from one picture of the dial, other than it appears that you have a well-preserved two-tone, waffle-dial dress Omega that was probably intended for the French market (the "Fab Suisse" is an indictor of this). It has dauphine hands and a 'blued' steel second hand that probably appears black to you, but looks great gliding over that dial.

The important information, such as a serial number, movement number, and (hopefully) a reference number are located on the inside of your watch, on the movement itself and on the inside caseback. To avoid scratching a soft 18k case, please take your watch to a watchmaker familiar with vintage watches, and have them open the case for you. Then take plenty of pictures and post them here.

In the meantime, here is some forum help for you:

I deduce that you have a French made 18K gold case (Eagle hallmark) housing a caliber 283 dating to between 1952 to 1957.

The case reference is probably that of the manufacturer, PGF.

I'll leave the researching of case maker PGF to others (@Tire-comedon ?).
