Welcome to the forum! You will need to provide us with additional close-up, in-focus and well-lit pictures of your watch before we can help you. There is not a lot we can tell you from one picture of the dial, other than it appears that you have a well-preserved two-tone, waffle-dial dress Omega that was probably intended for the French market (the "Fab Suisse" is an indictor of this). It has dauphine hands and a 'blued' steel second hand that probably appears black to you, but looks great gliding over that dial.
The important information, such as a serial number, movement number, and (hopefully) a reference number are located on the inside of your watch, on the movement itself and on the inside caseback. To avoid scratching a soft 18k case, please take your watch to a watchmaker familiar with vintage watches, and have them open the case for you. Then take plenty of pictures and post them here.
