    Hi,

    I have tried to google info about my wife's old Zenith but slowly hit a wall and I am now asking the forum's advice/knowledge.
    I have so far found out;
    The watch is 25 -26 mm, 28 mm with knob. The movement has serial # 2839621 which would suggest that it is from 1929 ?
    There is also a case number ? 305480 or 505480, and a 14 karat mark + old service marks inside the caseback. No markings on the outside.
    At first we thought that it is a ladies watch (It has been used as one), but the info I read on the web suggests it could originally be a gentleman`s watch ? Could the bracelet be original or has the watch been converted to more suit a woman ?
    Any other info about the watch ?

    Eagerly waiting for the forums knowledge.

    Mystery solved. The watchmaker found the Hallmarks on the bracelet. They were from 1928 so we assume it is the original bracelet for the watch. So it is an ladys watch, or did men were such thin bracelets in 1929 ? It will now go back to storage and maybe wait for the next generation as my wife likes her other watches more.
