Dear members. Yesterday i received this watch from my friend. Redial one. Ref 135.011. There is a sign on the caseback. Can someone tell me what it means? And where can I get the original dial? Thanks in advance. Best, Lukmin Ko Sent from my E6883 using Tapatalk
Hi Lukmin, It suggests "fake" to me, I'm sorry to say. Though perhaps others more familiar with the model can prove otherwise. Cheers, Tony C.
I've seen a couple of casebacks like this in the past with Seamaster logo offset but I'm afraid I don't have any info...
Interesting. That's a compressor case, and the internal marking look genuine. So, I'll stand corrected, and hope that others can shed some light on the uncommon back.
Your case back is correct. It is an Afghan Air Force Logo. I owned one and sold it on eBay to the Omega Museum. the dial had been repainted, the movement (601) did not work, so they bought it for the case back.
This is not the first PAF watch to be shown on Omega Forums: https://omegaforums.net/threads/seamaster-600-strange-stamp-on-case.3387/ However, I've seen a lot of warnings about fakes of these watches. This would certainly be worth the $120 gamble for an Extract of the Archives from Omega. gatorcpa
Hi Nactex and Gatorcpa, thanks a lot for the info and the link. My dial is exactly same with yours, except the hands and mine is still working. Best, Lukmin Ko Sent from my E6883 using Tapatalk
