Im an inexperienced newbie wanting to buy a vintage omega online.
I found a seller with the below offering : Request your guidance if this is a genuine omega and best price that can be offered. its claimed its an unfinished dial with original crystal and crown.

And Ashwin. I did'nt buy it from vintage watches. The person I bought it from did. He received the certificate.
