Lovely watch. Is the dial original? The 106 is a great calibre.

 

I think so. It has a lot of wear. Caliber number suggests this is very early. Ranfftt suggests too early, but apparently zenith archives indicate similar numbers for 1938 cal106, but lacking all the later improvements

 

Here is close dial. A little concerned that the fill on index “8” looks weak which is apparently a telltale
