I have been looking for a 1655 for a while - and thanks to a couple of wonderful folks (@watchpatina and Justin Vrakas) I was able to snag this one. Flawless original dial (MkV), matching lume on the dial and hands - with that perfect creamy hue...I've been wearing it everyday for the past week since I received it...

One quick point - it does take a little bit of time (no pun intended) to read the 24h dial - yesterday I was an hour early to an appointment because I read the time wrong...I guess I just have to wear it everyday until I get used to it. First world problems - now for some photos!!

Great reference! Finding a clean example of a 1655 is harder than I would've thought. Maybe I will need to enlist the help of some dealer friends in the future as well.
