Im stumped on this Vintage Automatic Omega

This Omega has me stumped. I cannot find any info or even a pic of it anywhere. There was a part of me that thought the dial was custom painted with whatever that logo is to give out to staff or something. Looks like a DR for Dr but doesn't look stock. Anyone by any chance seen one like this? What model it is and or how much it might be worth in todays market? Thanks in advance!
