    Not at all sure whether this one belongs in the vintage forum...The only numbers are the case 2890-03\and mvt. 10316056..neither number shows up on the Omega site...will someone please help out with this as to age and authenticity.It measures 36.1mm across making it a Jumbo? Value ?

    The case reference is 2890-3, but skip the -3 when entering it in the vintage database. The serial number of 10,316,056 means it was made in 1945-ish.

    The case number shows it to be 1956?? so it's suspect?

    Looks like someone has married an earlier cal 30T2 to a case which should house a cal 267, a later relative.

    Not to mention the refinished dial. If you want a nice vintage omega to purchase, this isn't it though I do like the 2890 case reference - would want it though with a nice dial and correct movement.
