If that serial number is 3864821, this is what the pocketwatchdatabase site has to say. Good looking watch. Excellent example. Shouldn’t last long at that price.

The listing in the pocketwatchdatabase for this watch indicates the Illinois is not adjusted to positions. I think that is incorrect. Here is the information from the Meggers and Ehrhardt “blue book” on the autocrat 12-size models.
