have checked out these ebay aftermarket inserts. search ebay for item
160850566408 . not really good to fool anybody, but often ok for the moment. BUT: ask the sellers about the thickness ! these here are way too thick and stick out of the original speedmaster bezel. a lot. i post, because they have sold 190 in a short time. kind regards. achim

    Give them time Achim…

All the design tolerances are getting closer......at the moment it is still sloppy, because it is cheap

Raise the price point, change the Country of origin, and the quality will dramatically improve……( I strongly suspect…a very well known watch dealer, is working on this currently )

The first entrepreneur who takes the time and effort to accurately, ( & openly ) reproduce a DON bezel… that is indistinguishable from the real thing, @ say $200-$300 a pop… will make a fortune…a lot of people will buy them

A lot of original DON owners, ( including myself ), will suffer some capital erosion

    Just a matter of time…

What do you think about the value of original Tritium bezels for Omega 300 166.024. Given the now similar value of these watches to Speedmasters and the rarity of finding a good bezel?

It sucks if you don't already have one :)

I think the Seamaster bezels are much rarer. There is mostly a difference between vintage and service replacement bezel. There is not so much a hype for certain Seamaster bezel types, if you compare those to Speedmaster bezels like a DON.

Agreed. Personally I prefer the thin font non serif bezels for Seamasters. I suppose the unavailability precludes having a market price, although I wonder if people would happily pay 2k as they do for a relatively common DON. Like you say, if you don't have one it sucks!
