Hey guys,

so ive been wondering, if you could have one watch. no more, no less. what would it be?

A watch you would never take off and never have to think about any other, this does not have to be exclusively Omega it could be a speedy, vintage Rolex, or a dress watch. whats the perfect watch?

My immediate thought was deleting this thread. My next thought was what hypothetical setting the "one watch" would be used in - a zombie apocalypse or stranded on a desert island?

I think I had one of those too - but mine was butterscotch and the numbers were't screwed up.

If I could only get one I'd get an oversized Invicta three tone with encrusted diamonds because it can't get worse than the one watch thread.

 

You mean like this Invicta my buddy at work got a few weeks ago? After I tried it on, I looked it up on Amazon and it weighs a pound. A pound! (That's it on his arm, not mine.)

If I could only have one watch, it would be one that I already have...my Seiko 6309-7049. I say this because I purchased it new in 1987 when I was a fledgling military pilot and continue to wear it today as an airline pilot almost 30 years later.

 

Absolutely! Otherwise this would violate Rule #2 when surviving the zombie apocalypse (always wear your zombie face shooting laser watch). #1 of course being: Cardio. You don't have to be fast...just faster than the person running next to you.

 

I heard really bad stories from AD. I would only take it straight to the Rolex Boutique.

From my current collection, my Doxa 1200T for purely practical reasons. More WR than I'll ever need and the thing can take a beating.

 

Has anyone made the point yet that if you could only have one you wouldn't be here ?
