Hi All,

I've checked everywhere, even the incredible Omega Database and can't find the exact spec of the watches I'm looking for.

I have two original sales tags and boxes, but the watches themselves are gone.

I'm looking to identify what these watches are exactly in terms of spec as I'd like to buy them again as they're my father's watches that can no longer be found, and I'd like to have them in his memory:
  • Leather strap or braclet?
  • All gold face or white or different?
  • Date window?
  • Any other spec that I can find on it

Watch 1 - Seamaster De Ville
Serial - 22204004
Year - 1965
Other info on the tag -
LL6287
14k G.F.
17J Automatic
$120.00

Watch 2 - Seamaster De Ville
Serial - 23809457
Year - 1966
Other info on tag -
LL6287
14k G.F.
17J
$125.00

Thank you in advance for your help!

Both watches are reference 'LL6287' - this is what you should be searching for. Identical reference, but as to the exact configuration, I don't believe you will be able to say.

17J means 17 jewels, automatic movements.
14K gold filled case.
The serial number is for the movement, should be a caliber 550, no date.

Here's one someone posted on the forum a few years ago.

Very nice elegant watch that particularly came in MANY dial configurations. Sunburst and linen seem to be the most common, then there are some unique and rare clamshell, etc etc.

Hope this helps you on your search!
