    Hi :),
I'm new here, so please excuse any faux-pas I may commit unwillingly.
My mother-in-law passed away several months ago (just 4 months before turning100!), and I found this watch in her belongings. I had never seen her wear it. I looked on the internet to try and find it's name with no success. It's quite small: the case (excluding the winder) is about 16-17 mm. It has an ivory color face, there are 6 diamonds 3 on each side of the watch, the bracelet is solid gold. There are no markings on the back of the case. I can't make out the hallmark on the side of the case. There's a hallmark on the clasp saying 750 (so the watch is 18k) with the omega stamp, and the letters MR.

Could anyone help me identify this watch and tell me how much it is worth, more or less?
