Going swiss route for my collection after the recent Seamaster I got. I am eyeing another affordable watch.

I would need help identifying anything since there are only few ressources for UN pre 1983.

The model seems to be a 10921-2.
The dial seems non original since the 3 6 9 12 markers are poorly 'repainted'.
After scrolling the web I did not encounter a T swiss T variant of the dial.
Nor that I found any 10921-2 with non ETA mouvement, this one seems to be a 8607614.

Does anyone have some input on this watch ?
