Hi can some one kindly tell me what watch this is ? I know that it is solid gold but no one has touched it in over 30 years as it was my grandfathers. And how much can it be sold for ?

Saying that the watch does look like it's got quite a bit of Patina... Someone more experience than I may be able to tell you if it's just gold plated or solid gold. Do you have a picture of the back? What papers are with the watch?
