Identification of old watch

Hello, is anyone able to help me identify this omega watch. Also unsure on the authenticity of this, thank you for reading.

It's known as a counterfeit.
Never came from an Omega factory.

And another deleted first post, which makes the whole thread meaningless now. I appreciate the ability to edit a post in order to fix typos, or add some comments, but there really should be a limit on how much can be changed.

It is necessary to prohibit deleting photos and editing the first message 6 hours after writing. That's enough time to fix the mistakes.

Limit should be max. 10 minutes to change any post. Another suggestion: all posts should be automatically numbered # (to refer instead of quoting)
