That warm patina on gold case is indicator that watch remains unpolished and is very desirable to collectors. So +1 on above advice don’t polish!!

Make sure you service it only with independent watchmaker with Omega parts account who is experienced with and sensitive to desires and instructions of vintage watch collectors. give us your general location and members can suggest such.
