Perhaps I'm missing scale here or something, but that screwdriver looks WAY too big to be part of a watch kit, and the blade is not nearly accurately made enough to be for a watch toolkit.
In addition, Omega did not e the "La Suprema" brand of screwdrivers for their kits, they as far as I can tell, have always used Omega branded tools (even if it was manufactured by someone else), whoever told you otherwise is selling you a false story.
My research shows that is probably from a Lamborgini Muira toolkit, which is very much not a 321 Omega.
That said: Your attitude tells me that you must make carbonara with cream and bacon bits.
