·The value is easy.....the scrap value of the 14k gold case and bracelet. Lucien Piccard watches of this era were not haute horologie and there just isn't any collectible value in it. You can keep it as a memento of your grandfather's time on this earth or sell it for the gold value which will bring you a decent amount of cash ($300+) depending on the gold content.
