ID funky vintage gold Omega dial? 28.95mm x 24.5mm

Hello I’ve been cleaning out my drawers and found this dial neatly wrapped in a watchmaker’s estate lot of stuff I hadn’t gone through. It’s very interesting to me and gives a very 70s-80s vibe.

It measures 28.95mm x 24.5mm. On the back is a star, 1980, and 433.07. I’ve searched online and even with that identifying info, I still come up empty. It certainly looks gen. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
