I was walking around a local household goods flea market and came across this bloke selling fixed lug straps! He didn't seem to knows what he had and was asking for two bucks each.
So I grabbed a handful and said HOW MUCH?

To which he responded TEN BUCKS in spanish

I've had a few times that the strap thing has happened at boot sales, school fairs and the like, on one occasion the straps all new old stock lasted only a short time as the leather seemed to have dried out and the cotton used was by no means strong.
But these are great scores when they happen! 👍
