Hello everyone, I need some advice.

I love the style of this watch, but I'm not sure what to think of it.

The dial: The Lume looks new to me, other Rancheros I've seen usually have a brown Lume colour.
and I can't find any similar pictures with this kind of grooves under the second hand.

    The hands:
I have seen these hands on other models and am not sure if they are the original models.
They have a different lumen colour than the dial, which is really clear.

On the other hand, the case back number and the caliber number match.

Do you think it might be worth buying in this condition?

Stay away, I suspect (even without my glasses on and with those artfully unclear pictures) that the dial is bogus/repainted.

A spotless lumed dial on a watch pushing 50-60years old is unusual. A spotless lumed dial with scraggly relumed hands is a red flag. On a desirable/costly ref like this, doubly so.
