    Hello!

I came here to ask for help to know more about this watch.
What year do you think the clock is?
Do you think it's a rare watch to find?
What do you think of this movement?
The more information you can give, the more I appreciate it.;)

The assay stamps will give you the year the case was assayed. I believe the LW would be the case maker. I think that will be about as close to age of the watch you will get. Looks like a generic Swiss movement of the time. That,s all I have. Here is a very basic description of repeaters.

So @Coafinco - you're a vintage watch and car reseller, yet you're asking us to do your work for you? Are you planning on paying us a percentage of your profit from the sale of this watch?

Yes, I bet you would appreciate it since it will help you make more money off the sale.

Assay marks read as London, 1947. LW in that form doesn't show up in my list of maker's marks. It's probably too late to be Louis Weill but it's possible. Can't identify the movement.

Edit: what's the second button (nearest the crown)? Is it s stop seconds or is it a pin set movement, and thus likely to have been re-cased?
