The parts are sold through Omega and their supply channels to businesses with a parts account, it’s not really a freely available thing where you can order small numbers just for you as it’s not worth it logistically.

There are some parts houses that will sell to individuals and plenty of parts and donors on eBay but typically you’ll want to go through a watchmaker.

A quick internet search shows just two options.
While they may no longer have those parts, it provides part numbers that you can use to search various sources.
