I just got my first Speedy!! I saw it referred to as the "Golden Jade"

I know this is a very non-traditional first Speedmaster, but I wanted something that really stood out. Paired with a green Shinki Hikaku shell cordovan strap, I think this Tokyo 2020 Olympics green limited edition is a real beaut. What do you guys think ...did I go too far over the top as my first Speedy?

Congratulation on the new watch. I like the green on green.

I just got the Rising Sun and the Golden Jade....When I received them both, I was surprised to like the the green one way more

P.S. I know the blue croc strap doesn't really work with the red bezel ;-)

It really stands out of the crowd, that's for sure. Not my cup of tea though, but that shouldn't matter 😀 Enjoy your new timekeeper.
