Damaged screws, damaged escapement wheel bridge, damaged regulator, scratched wheels.

Somebody has been through that poor thing with a BIG screw driver. Likely a dull number 3 Phillips!

And the backs been repolished, possibly to remove engraving, which means its now paper thin.

Or maybe I've just become jaded over the years......

Well, he sent the second chance offer through EBay, as per their policy.

He said that the previous winner didn't realize that the chrono function was always running and sent it back.
