I thought I should pull the trigger before the prices are rising to "unobtonium"...

Well, it is not a perfect example due to the deteriorating of part of the lume on the bezel, but I think the rest is quite OK.

It also has the period corrrect bracelet 1039/516 from 1/68 and movement serial matches too.

Took this picture with some sort of ligh tent, but taking fotos of these black dialed beauties is still a PIA

Here is another one without light tent... hence the reflexions

Thanks to Kim (@kox) for the guidance!

Now I will have the "hard work" to find a better matching bezel...

    Wow, nice sharp case!

    Is it a Watchco?

Jim, was this a rhetoric question?

Of course not - all original! And keeps perfect time on a first trial period... but will be serviced soon to avoid future damage as service history is unknown.

No, a joke of course. That case looks to be in excellent condition.

I like it. These SM300 were tool diving watches and should look like this! Enjoy

I see a perfect vintage example, what are you whining about? :D

Keep as-is IMO. It has an unique look. It's a tool watch, not a shiny golden dresser

+1 on keeping the bezel. It is consistent with the rest of the watch.

Lovely looking watch, never seen a bezel where just the tritium markers & not the white minute markers have been affected before, wonder what caused it

    Regards
