Guys, I saw this on eBay and sent the seller a low ball offer he accepted. I had no reference point other than one watch on Chrono24. This watch is beautiful. The dial is adventurine, back is mop, it’s amazing...I wish I knew how to take a video so you could understand.

Full kit, beautiful piano black box, unused signed deployant with alligator and a signed buckle that has slight wear. I am so pleased with this, was searching for a blue faced gmt, wasn’t even considering a non diver Doxa.

@Foo2rama it’s really cool. I’ve never seen adventurine in person, so take this with a grain of salt, the tiny flecks are subtle and gives it an interesting look. Almost don’t notice unless you are moving it on the wrist.

 

Is MOP a new slang word that I've missed?
As in "Dang, that caseback was mop!"

I like this watch very much, a cool overall package and I’ll probably never see another in the wild. It’s number 137/300. Bang for the buck, it’s up near the top of my collection.

@Mtek - just one question: Why is there a Speedmaster pictured with your very nice new Doxa? You didn't mention any reason why, like maybe "included for scale, my Speedy" or "here's the Doxa with my other latest addition". Couldn't help it, like a compulsion?

 

No brother, I was wearing the Speedmaster today (tues) when this package arrived. I jus layed it there.

Speedmasters are nice, but it’s not a model I’m infatuated with or anything.
