About to buy this unless you pros talk me out of it for a legitimate reason....and GO!

On a side note: The case opens from the front/dial. How common is this?

What happened to the Seamaster that you bought the other day? I thought the seller was going to repair it.

Yes they are going to but it was going to take forever. I had to refer them to a place to get the part and I started wondering....why is a noob telling a 28 year pro were to get a part for a movement...So I asked for a refund and it was giving to me. She said once it is fixed and ready to go she will let me have the first shot at it at the same price. Her uncle said it lost like 4 minutes in 9 hours.. told here that means the issue is greater than a spring for regulator and she agreed. Very honest lady as far as I can tell. Benefit of the doubt given.
We will see what happens when I contact her in a month or so.

So not one person has told me not to jump off this cliff!
When I come back from the grocery store if I do not see some pros telling me I am a moron ...she will be mine!
I really like this watch as it can be worn with many different color bands and look like it belongs!
Just serviced and comes with a 1 year warranty!

I hope it's correct. I was very lucky when I jumped into the Omega collecting game. After that I learned who the good sellers are and am willing to pay a little extra to buy the seller. Where have I heard that before?

Does the rotor on the SDV look dirty/ rusty near the 'watch' of 'Omega Watch Co.''? Not enough of an expert to tell the cause but it does look discoloured.

Interesting, maybe it is supposed to be above the minute markers, do you have a model number?

What about the SDV's dial...It says just Swiss ...not Swiss made. Is that normal? He states very clearly that this is the original dial.

It does. The watch has been cleaned and serviced and still has that odd color.

Swiss as opposed to Swiss made is fine on some models though I cannot remember the reason for the difference.

Yes I have seen and heard of that...I am very interested in why as well and if this is correct. I took a leap of faith knowing most of the pros would be celebrating the 4th of July. I was able to talk him down about 8% though so I jumped!

Technically, it could be the original dial. It's an original dial that has been repainted. There is an internet seller in Canada who plays that word game all the time.
Are you sure about that code?
