Hulk related...

So, a guy like me with a big wrists feels like my 2019 Rolex Pepsi GMT II wears a little small (Pepsi feels smaller than Hulk), while my 2019 Sea Dweller 43mm is the perfect size. My sweet spot is 41-45mm watches.

I can maybe work a deal to trade either (1) my Hulk towards a Deep Blue and keep the Pepsi, or (2) trade my Pepsi GMT II + a little cash for both a Deep Blue 126660 AND a black dial 2019 Explorer II GMT (a 2 for 1), while keeping the Hulk. This is what I’m leaning towards.

If I did the second deal my collection would grow back to 4 Rolex, with three of them over 42mm, a (1) 42mm GMT Exp II, (2) 43mm SD43, (3) 44mm Deep Blue, and still have (4) my Hulk with I think is beefier and less dainty than the Pepsi on it’s Jubilee bracelet. In addition to the new Explorer II I’ll still have my 2019 Tudor Pepsi GMT. (Or I could put a less-tapering Everest strap on the Pepsi to beef it up and keep it).

What say you all?

I’d do option 2. If the Pepsi doesn’t 100% sing to you then make use of the upside in resale to get what you want. You have the GMT bases covered anyway.

they look like they're sized right in the pics because of the optics.

but i know watches that look sized nicely in pics are probably a little small in person like you say. some pics that i take it makes the watches look a little big on, when in fact it's a good fit.

big dudes need big watches

Sorry, can’t help. I got lost half way through your post above.

But I will say, is the Hulk really in your collection because you like green or you like the show off factor.
( In my opinion it’s not a nice looking watch but it is a “look at me, look at me” watch ) I have nothing against Rolex so it’s not a I hate Rolex opinion just my opinion of the watch in question 😉

If a green LE Speedmaster came out tomorrow with a green bezel would it be as popular

Well I've seen one or two vintage speedmasters with bezels that have turned slightly green, and they are pretty nice looking watches...

But really, we all know Hulk could not go to the moon -- they do not make helmets big enough for him. So he has to stay here on the Earth's surface, where his primary job is to have a lot more green surface area then his adversary Kermit the Frog. So NO green Speedmasters 😀

Those were announced a few months ago. The pricing makes the back-ally pricing of a Hulk seem like child's play.

I like the green, a lot. But I have actually NEVER worn the watch in public, and it’s a safe queen. So, it’s more of a fear of missing out and a Golum precious item than to show off, but I also like to take it out of the safe and admire it at home.

I have worn my Pepsi in public, after protecting the case and clasp with zag screen protector material that was pre-cut for me.
