The only thing is you have to be a little careful when turning the screw, since pressing hard with the screwdriver will move the stud carrier and throw the watch out of beat.

Indeed, it looks like a good fun to turn this small guy! I guess this is kind of the work where microscope is a must.

I don't personally use a microscope, as I do these adjustments on the timing machine, so a 4X loupe is all that's really needed, along with a 60 screwdriver, which is actually a little big but works fine as you are usually just turning this a fraction.
