I don't agree, I've bought and sold from him and if a piece is desirable, it is priced keenly to sell.
The key word here is desirable.
Room for a little negotiation certainly, but not much.

last time I visited the first think they told me ' don't look at the price on the website, we put higher price but they are not the sale price'. There is no judgment in my previous post, just what they told me...
I don't say that they are overpriced ot Something like thaht, just say that you can always dicuss the price whith them. Of course if someone want to buy at the asking price they will sell it at this price...

from my own experience; DJ 1601 , asking 2800 (website) , bought a 2000, Rolex 16570, asking 4300 (website) bought 3500 ...and i am so bad in negociation that is not due to me...just their marketing strategy or i don't know...

you forget, that Vintage Speedmasters are still undervalued in comparison to Rolexes.... Rolex`s are everywhere. Rare Speedmasters are not. kind regards. achim

i didn't know what i will buy before they told me about the website price. Of course rare piece with high demand will left quickly even if the price is high but i was more talking about the general price listing at HQ.
