You first have to know the distance between the lugs (called Lug Width). Then you have to know your wrist size.

There are several questions in addition to those already posed...

Does the OP want an Omega deployant, or will any manufacturer do?

Single or double/butterfly deployant? If double, then I think Omega is pretty much a non-starter (others may correct me).

Finally, why a deployant at all? The watch will come on a pretty nice bracelet out of the box. Why not wear it then decide if a deployant/strap combo is the route to go down? If you are against the bracelet from the outset, why not buy the leather strap version 231.23.34.20.01.002?

Good luck to you! If I was you, I'd get in touch with your nearest Omega AD and ask them to source/price a red gold, suitably sized genuine Omega deployant and strap to fit your watch. If such a combination is available, be prepared to pay a fair proportion of the cost of the watch to get them. I don't have access to any Omega pricelists, but this http://www.ebay.com/itm/Genuine-Omega-18k-Red-Gold-Deployant-Clasp-/151956017095?nma=true&si=9ycfvIeiw7wsl63ZPQOgV5dgXIY%3D&orig_cvip=true&rt=nc&_trksid=p2047675.l2557Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network would indicate the price of the clasp alone

Perhaps consider a stainless steel Omega deployant if available?

Our posts crossed :) Anyhow, an Omega Authorised Dealer is your best bet initially.
