Hi all

Major Omega newbie here.

I recently found an old omega in my parents garage, and it started working once I wound it up. Reading up on the other forums, it seems to be a dress watch... (Does not have a second hand). Does anyone know how old this watch is? I cannot seem to find another like it online. Also, any idea what is it worth?

The number you need to date the watch is the eight digit number stamped on the movement

60s dial and hand design

bracelet doesn’t seem designed for that watch. Not a colour match and to chunky

From pictures i'd add it's a female's dress watch, which unfortunately tends to not demand big prices, common answer to your question is that best way to find out what it's worth is an ebay search for sold listings, if you manage to unscrew caseback you can refine search by reference number, otherwise search for Ladie's omega De Ville and check for similar models.

Final word of advice, if a watch has been sitting for decades in a box/drawer it's best to not wind it before it has been reviewed by a watchmaker, movement might have dried up and winding may cause damage
