I would ask one of the trusted finder/sellers like @Kringkily to find out how much he can source one for you for.

I might go $7,500. There's no way on Planet Earth that I'd pay the $12,500 to $15,000 that they seem to be selling for. You can tell from my response that I'll probably never own one. We all make our choices and when it comes to watches in the five figures, my choices are elsewhere.

    :)

I have seen them go cheaper, sometimes these things take patience.

My cap would be $6,700 USD.

Beyond that there are other LEs that beat it out for my tastes.

Unworn NOS will go for a lot more than the numbers being kicked around on this thread....nice to dream.

That blue snoopy on a black dial is killer though ::love:: That said, as a grown man not sure if I could pull off wearing a watch with a Snoopy on it :D

So I am curious how you came up with that precise number.

That's about the price of a 60th Anniv Speedmaster or SM300, close to price of #ST, similar in price to slightly used DSOTM and GSOTM, close to price of speedyorites, Gemini4s, etc.

And I would wear any/ all of those more then a snoopy -- even though I like the snoopy.

Early this year the OB contacted me to ask if I wanted to buy a snoopy. I passed and asked them to call a OF member as I knew he wanted one, and he bought it. I got a free lunch so I was happy :)

If I didn't already have one, and I was looking to buy one now, I would look for one around $11,500 USD... it would take patience, but I think that's a potential bottom number in today's market.

It does look nicer live than on online photos, and it is one of the most legible LE Speedmasters. The Snoppy dial image is actually quite discreet in the wild, but still seems a bit infantile to me, which is why I turned it down a few years back when it was offered to me by my local OB.
I certainly don't think any SS Speedy LE is worth more than US$8-9K, but if the OP absolutely ::love::loves this watch::love::....how do you quantify love & passion? :)

The 3578.51 is the Eyes on the Stars LE from the 2000s, not the Silver Snoopy.

Prices on sought-after LEs from that period (XI-35, Gemini IV, JR04) are approaching US $8k or so. If it's a full set in good condition, expect to pay somewhere in that neighborhood

Yes personally I find this model much more appealing than the new model. Black dial makes a huge difference for me.

This is turning out to be the most difficult transaction I have ever made. The guy things he has the Mona Lisa for sale. He kept insisting that no one could open the case back ::facepalm2::. Finally convinced him to meet at Omega offices so they could inspect the watch. Will see how it goes:(

Seems market price based on condition. It's a great watch, you'll enjoy owning one.
