Any actual details on the watches?
Is this a dealer or private sale?
Are they serviced?
Are they running?
What is the material?
What is the size?
What is the reference?

What has your research shown is a realistic price?

It’s a private sale. It is running and they have the box no paperwork. It’s good I know it’s in rough shape and from my research people used to used those types of bands a lot I’m having trouble figuring out what the model number is I’m assuming everything is behind the case back. I was looking for help if anyone saw anything that could give me more clues on for to do

Search eBay SOLD listings for 1950s Omega automatic.

If the ladies watch is solid gold then its worth the melt value and not much more.

Thank you I been trying to learn so I can find a vintage no date omega. It’s so hard out there to find one

Do not even buy these, they are not worth it. Learn and hunt, do not rush your purchase as I assure you, you will regret it.

I agree. These are not the watches you’re looking for. Keep searching.

Since you have given us almost nothing to work with, here’s all I can give you:

1. This watch is likely a U.S. national production model with an American made case and Swiss Omega movement. These came with either gold-filled or 14K gold cases. Since we cannot see inside, we do not know the case material. The seller didn’t have the decency to separate the hands to make sure that they are not broken.

If I were to offer on this watch, it would be no more than $100. I would assume it would cost me at least $200 to $300 to get it in proper condition.

2. We do not know if the ladies’ watch is steel, gold-filled or solid white gold. These are not popular in the market. I would offer no more than $25 for this one. Again, it may cost many times the value to get it in proper condition.

If the seller is insulted, too bad. They should do a better job of knowing what they have.

Gold watch is 99% gold filled. I see what appears to be a small split in the upper left lug

any splitting or wear through to base material devalues the watch

woman’s. 10% over gold value, but service will be well more than the price of the watch. Gold filled. $30. Steel. $40

Model number and details don’t matter. Just make a lowball offer and walk away if it’s not accepted. Maybe $100 for the man’s watch, assuming it’s gold filled.

Don’t buy the ladies watch. Why bother.
