Zero. I'm a vintage watch guy, and the lack of value with Rolex has kept me away so far. Plus, the generally large production volumes just make them feel less special to me. That said, plenty of them I like! And never say never.
So far, I'm pretty happy with it. The size is great, the white dial makes a nice contrast with my Speedies and SM300-W, and the bracelet is attractive and comfortable. The jury is still out on (1) whether the micro adjust on the Explorer 2 is as useful as the new Omega micro-adjust clasp, which offers greater range and resolution, and (2) whether the cyclops will bother me over the long term.
I believe that I may be down to 3. My 16700, a cal 1030 stepped dial, and a 3 piece case tank. 馃榾 and a Gruen, but that doesn't really count, even if the movement is identical to the 1930's Princes.
Two, submariner "hulk" and my daily beater polar exp 2
How do you like ur polar Explorer 2...Is it the 40mm or 42 mm...I have the Batman rolex and just feel too scared to wear it out casually esp with the bracelet....
So out of curiosity, how many Rolex's do the members on here own? I'm at one myself. Love to see pics!
I love your Milgauss. I was so traumatized I couldn't make a 40 mm work on my wrist. And I like larger men's watches too! All that being said, I'm working on my first and might still grab a vintage Milgauss.
