    Hi all!
It's my first post on the Omega forums, I just signed up! The main reason for this was that I've had a yearning for a vintage Speedmaster, but I can't tell the legit from the fake, nor am I very well versed with the value of such vintage watches, so I need the help of the Forum Gurus..

Anyway, I'd appreciate it if you gents could weigh in on this potential purchase.

The watch in question is a 1976 Speedmaster Professional 145.022 cal. 861
The Chrono runs, and it's serial is 399280XX
No known service history. No boxes, papers, or other accessories. (Is this normal for Vintage Watches?)
The price for this beauty is $2150.

Its real. However I am not a speedy expert so others will chime in on condition, originality, etc.

Perfectly normal not to vome with box and papers.
