·The pearl is way off at the triangle and that bezel seems weird. Rolex is not quite my thing but I would have doubt it is genuine.

·In the modern vernacular, a hybrid. A watch that looks like a Rolex GMT Master, but with a dial that calls it a Submariner! It couldn’t be any more fake than 100% fake.
