Isn't the bezel meant to have a bevel on the edge (that's mirror polished), and a starburst finish on the top?

A polish job like that leaves me with one burning question-

    Where do you go?

And if so, how would you like to live in my basement along with my pet dial restorer? ::stirthepot::

He's saying that the person who polished your watch did a great job. You should thank him

Con El Pueblo is suggesting, humorously, that it would be nice to have quick access to experts who do outstanding work----people who restore dials, people who refinish cases, etc. The quickest access would be if these specialists lived in his basement. Then he could just go downstairs and have his watch restored.

Since that's not likely to happen, perhaps you could tell us more about your store----where it's located, what services it offers, etc.
