Isn't the bezel meant to have a bevel on the edge (that's mirror polished), and a starburst finish on the top?
Not myself, I have my professional polisher do it for me. Im running a watch store with specialist for each steps to restore vintage watches.
Con El Pueblo is suggesting, humorously, that it would be nice to have quick access to experts who do outstanding work----people who restore dials, people who refinish cases, etc. The quickest access would be if these specialists lived in his basement. Then he could just go downstairs and have his watch restored. Since that's not likely to happen, perhaps you could tell us more about your store----where it's located, what services it offers, etc.
