The dial looks too clean and crisp for not to be a redial...is it?

I'd say yes. The n in Constellation seem wrong.

 

I also noticed that "MADE" appears to be a bit off and to the right....

 

It IS a redial.

The letters aren't as crisp as original, and the last n in Constellation doesn't curl under. Redial. They never do get those pie pan edges sharp enough to slice tomatoes when they refinish it, do they?
