I made a mistake once on this , my advise is don't bid for it, dial re-inked and over-inked (especially on the month dial), 9 o'clock subdial has an odd looking hand. Also a lot of martel 291 caliber out there in other brand, unless you see the movement, you won't know for sure (can be judged by the position of the word universal Geneve on the movement which you be aligned with the edge of the watch) hope this helps.

Just saw the movement and case pics, movement looks right case serial number looks right starting with 4, so more an issue with dial. In any event not worth 1000euro if that is the case.

 

The watch is nice but definately a redial. If you just want to wear it around it looks nice, but for the die hard collector the value is not there !
I have an all original one similar but the three quarter size 32/33 m.m. Cool watches but very difficult to find in all original condition !
