How about the Zodiac Aerospace GMT though?

These things are pretty cool, with a really nice size to them (40mm case, 20mm lugs). Nice ETA movement, not bad price $1700. I've been considering adding a lower-end GMT as a travel watch, and Tudor has lost all my respect as of today, so I'm starting to think bad thoughts about one of these! And while the black/grey is the classic, I can't deny the appeal of the blue & orange. We're still waiting for the Swatch Group's event, but I'd consider these the winners of this year's Baselworld. Thoughts?

I like that bezel; it's in keeping with the vintage. I like, too, that it is bigger! That, imo, is the main drawback of vintage Zodiacs these days.

I think they are doing a fantastic job with designing their new limited editions. I really want to add one of these to my collection...
Interesting that they went with an ETA as opposed to their “in house” STP movements but I like that they have now signed the crown and made some major improvements on the bracelet.
The addition of the chamfer to the lugs is also a nice aesthetic improvement!

The blue/orange is gorgeous. In all fairness Tudor movement for the gmt is a different league but I'd also go with the zodiac .

Yyyyyuuussss plz. And to a certain extent it is budget friendly. I hate that some of these awesome pieces are dropping when I'm supposed to be paying attention in meetings 😗

Black/gray is nice. Both the blue AND the orange on the other one seem washed out/faded to me.

I'm waiting to see if there's any redemptive stuff on Day 2 or from Omega over at Swatch's shindig in Zurich, but if the rumored two-tone Apollo XI Speedmaster disappoints, I might just pick one of these up.

Interesting...that or the Christopher Ward for a GMT?

Or the Frederique Constant Classic Worldtimer which I admit will require hunting at that price.

This watch in the orange and blue is gorgeous. CLEAR CUT winner at Basel so far.

The Tudor/Rolex stuff is horrendous with the exception of the new Batman on jubilee.

So your saying there is a GULF between that watch and the Rolex announcements?

The BLNR on Jubilee is nothing new. Just a shiny bracelet and reusing the movement from the "pepsi" GMT. I have the BLNR and I would pay a premium for the previous model not the current release.

Why did you lose respect for Tudor? They have some nice watches.

Yea, that's going on the GMT list. That is stunning.

[Edit] I'm awaiting ticking it off the list now, end of April apparently [/Edit]
