    Greetings Respectable Members:-

Thought this may be a bit off fun, or it could crash and burn, either way.....::blowup::

Anyone who wishes to add their personal twist is welcome to. Perhaps we should welcome not only Omega waffle dials but some other interesting textured watches? (This is all a secret ploy to see other members waffles...)

Apologies to non waffle owners.... I'm sure you will find yours soon enough! ;)

I shall start the ball rolling.....

Not going to post my 2 waffles here. There are enough pictures of my Globemaster and Seamaster waffles elsewhere in this forum.

This one falls under the category of "other interesting textured watches". How about a wood grain texture?

The dial is not a dirty as it looks in the photograph, but it could do with a cleaning. That should be happening soon.

I would love to see one of the Omega linen dials from the early 1960's. Don't have one in the collection...yet.

Great Hammy! I've always liked those case and dial styles.

Here is a Seamaster 30 with the most subtle linen effect...Almost too difficult to capture! Not in my collection anymore..

Great Pair! I really like the simple dial style of the De Ville. And who can dislike RG markers and black waffle...::confused2::

No you can't, but Sandy can enter it in the Junior WIS, under 15 class.

So we're looking for different textured dials, are we?

This one has concentric circles under the marker, just too fine to see it in this picture.

    Here's an interesting "texture". :p

    This is kinda different too:

Didn't feel like doing all the textured subdials, but here's an old one that's long gone:

These are on my wish list.

One of the few non-omegas that I owned. Sadly it is gone but not forgotten:

I know that watch, and it is NICE! Had a chance to take a guided tour of RGM and that was one of the pieces Roland showed us.

He also gave us a close-up look at the machine that does the engine turned dials:

Kyle that black waffle is stunning! And love the 2255.80, have that watch also, don't think there is a blue that comes close to that one.
