Three days ago I got my 2254 back from the OB. It was in for a minor service. It is the favorite in my tiny collection, but since the honeymoon phase with my Crepas is still going strong I do not foresee my 2254 making a come back on my wrist in the immediate future. How long does your honeymoon phase last for?

I had a patch last summer where some of my watches were not even getting a first date let alone a honeymoon. I fell in love with the chase but forgot about the consummation

In my experience I don't have a standard honeymoon length. Most of the time I tell from the get go if it's going to be a one night stand or a long term relationship.

Depends on the watch. The average vintage Omega, IWC, JLC, or Longines lasts a few days to a couple weeks. The VC Malte Grande lasted a couple years.

Yeah..... not so much with me. I get it, I wear it to the beach to get sand & salt in it, wash it when I get home, and put it back in the tackle box.

I'll never have a Speedmaster honeymoon because if I ever did get one I'd divorce it too quickly. :D

I don't really have a honey moon phase. All my watches get wrist time but when I pick a new one up I know where it ranks on my list and according to that list is how much wrist time it gets. I don't try to give wrist time according to my list but it just ends up happening. Plus I can't leave a watch unworn for to long or else much like a siren it's song becomes too enchanting and I have to give it some attention.
