I snagged this on ebay for a BIN price of $50. I am pretty sure it is a Holzer, but a couple of things bother me:

First, I know there is a lot of variation of the clasp engravings on these, but all I have seen include HOLZER, or Made in Mexico, or J/M, or some combination of these. This has none.

Second, per MWO, the end links should be unmarked. These are obviously stamped 132.

My questions: Is this legit? Are there others out there with similar markings, or lack thereof?

A question that has intrigued me: how did you decide how many "S's" to use at the end of your name?

 

The first game I ever played online I tried the username 'Lucas', which was already taken, I then just added s' until I found an available name. I suppose the 7 just stuck. Although, I do wish that I just used Lucas here, since I think it was available when I registered.

 

What makes you think it’s a Holtzer?

 

At least to my eye, it looks identical to those marked as such. But would welcome informed opinions to the contrary.
